Wine Racks: 5-Column DR-UN-5COL

Our 5-column wine rack is 20 rows tall and constructed from premium solid redwood.

All of our racks cradle each bottle on two rails that are cut with beveled ends and rounded edges to protect hands and bottle labels from tearing. Our wine rack kits are modular, and each component is designed to fit with other components in the series. All wine rack kits require assembly.

Please allow 2 weeks lead time (lacquer finish will increase lead times by 2-3 weeks.) If you select lacquer finish and stain, please indicate your choice of stain in the "Special Instructions" when you checkout.

Mis Cut Parts Caused a Headache

There were two parts where the middle crossbars joined the outside verticals that did not have the required cuts to match. Fortuneately, I have a Japanese pull saw that is flexible enough to get in the space, but if I hadn't it would have been a huge headache. I used an 18 guage brad nailer instead of the enclosed finish nails and my wife and I had this rack done in less than an hour, even with the glitch. I appreciated the seismic anchors that were included, but the manufacturer only put two screws in, one long one for attaching the brace to the stud, and one short one for attaching it to the rack. Come on, spring for one more short screw to anchor the rack, can't you?

    Looks Great

I received the wine racks that I ordered, finally got someone to help me (my son), it took us 4 1/2 hours but we got it done and it looks great.  Fortunately we had a nail gun, I wouldn't even try it without a nail gun, it just put 1 1/4 nails and it worked real well.

We did not attach it to the wall -- we could barely get it to move forward without any wine in it.  Once we get wine in it, I'm sure it'll be so solid it will never move.

Just wanted to tell you thanks for everything.  I'm very impressed.
