Rabbit Vertical Corkscrew Red | 6905, #1259

We couldn't design a better corkscrew than the Original Rabbit, so we designed a totally different one: the Vertical Rabbit.

The Vertical Rabbit stands up on the wine bottle and operates vertically. Like the Original Rabbit, it pulls a cork in 3 seconds flat, ejects the cork automatically and carries a Ten-Year warranty.

The Vertical Rabbit has a die-cast metal lever, comes in a choice of hi-sheen race-car finishes, and includes a hinged Lucite case for permanent storage.

With all gear teeth made of hardened metal, the Rabbit was tested and verified by an independent lab for 20,000 cork pulls. The test assumed replacement of the spiral (worm) after 800-1,000 cork pulls

    Don't bother

Broke catastrophically after a couple of uses. Contacted Metrokane about lifetime warrantee. They said I had to send it to their New York address with $10 for return shipping of replacement unit. I live in Canada so I have to go to the bank to buy US draft. Go to post office and pay $13 for shipping plus $2 for appropriate box and mail it off. It's now been a month and nothing. Emails go unanswered. Major waste of money and the "warrantee" is worthless.
