Cancellation and Return Policy
Standard vs. Custom Items
Sonoma Wine Accessories offers both Standard and Custom items for sale. Standard items are "off-the-shelf", whereas custom items are specially designed, stained and/or fabricated for each order.
Cancellation Policy
If you purchase a standard item from Sonoma Wine Accessories, you may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund provided that your order has not been shipped.
Orders of custom items from Sonoma Wine Accessories are final and cannot be canceled once staining and/or fabrication has begun.
Return Policy
- Stemware & Decanters, Wine Accessories: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange, refund or credit. Merchandise must be returned in new condition and in original packaging. Outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless the wrong item was shipped.
- Wine Cabinets and Coolers, Cooling Systems, Wine Racking Kits, Wine Furniture: Same as above, except that returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Custom Items: Sales of custom items are final and cannot be returned.

All returned merchandise should be shipped to the following address with the Return Authorization number clearly marked on the packaging :
